Tomahawk steak is cut from the middle part of the entrecote together with the bone. Its shape resembles an axe or Tomahawk – hence its name. Meat is distinguished by its tenderness and marbling – that is, intramuscular fat, which melts during frying. Due to its structure, the Tomahawk steak has a thickness of approx. 3-4cm and a weight of approx. 900g.
